Warranty Policy

Every SKLTN timepiece is a result of meticulous craftsmanship and precision engineering. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 24-month limited warranty to ensure complete peace of mind for our customers.

With every SKLTN watch, you’ll receive a warranty card that certifies your coverage. If any manufacturing defect arises during this period, we’ll inspect the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement.

Warranty coverage applies only to defects arising under normal use and is not applicable to damages caused by misuse or accidents.


Warranty Guidelines

  • The SKLTN warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Warranty service is limited to repair or replacement of the product at the sole discretion of SKLTN.

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is mandatory for availing warranty service.

  • To initiate a warranty claim, email admin@skltn.in with your order details and description of the issue.
    Our customer support team will first attempt to troubleshoot remotely. If the issue persists, you will be advised to self-ship the product to our service center, along with the warranty card and purchase proof.

  • SKLTN will not be responsible for loss or damage during transit of products sent by the customer.

  • Warranty coverage includes only the repair or rectification of verified defects. If replacement is necessary, it will be done with an equivalent model or newer version (subject to availability). Packaging and accessories may differ from the original.

  • SKLTN’s liability is limited strictly to the product itself. The warranty does not cover consequential damages, loss of data, property damage, or personal injury arising directly or indirectly from product defects.

  • The warranty also does not cover allergic reactions or skin sensitivities that may occur from prolonged wear.

  • While we aim to complete repairs promptly, no specific turnaround time is guaranteed.

  • In case internal or external components require replacement, color shades or finishes may vary slightly due to continuous use and material characteristics. Exact matching on customer request may be chargeable unless the component is replaced under warranty.


Warranty Exclusions

The SKLTN warranty does not apply under the following conditions:

  • Failure to follow usage or safety instructions provided with the watch.

  • Environmental exposure such as moisture, water, dust, chemicals, alcohol, perfume, extreme heat, or cold.

  • Physical damage due to impact, fall, pressure, or mishandling.

  • Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications by third parties.

  • Improper handling or misuse, including over-winding or tampering with mechanical components.

  • Accidental or incidental damage, pest damage, or damage due to fire, lightning, voltage surge, or other acts of nature.

  • Battery depletion, as it is a consumable component not covered under warranty.

  • Wear and tear on straps, cases, or glass, including scratches, abrasions, fading, or color change.

  • Changes in patina, wood tone, or leather texture that occur naturally over time.

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality (minor surface marks, small blemishes, etc.).

  • Any product purchased from an unauthorized seller or unverified online marketplace.

  • Commercial or promotional use of the product.

This warranty automatically expires after 24 months from the purchase date, regardless of whether the watch has been in use during that time.


How to Request Service

  1. Email admin@skltn.in with:

    • Order ID and date of purchase

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos or short video showing the defect

  2. Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.

  3. If service is authorized, ship the product securely to the address shared by our support team.

  4. Once inspected, SKLTN will repair or replace the product in accordance with the warranty terms.


Important Notes

  • Ensure the watch is properly packaged to avoid transit damage.

  • Service under warranty does not extend or renew the warranty period.

  • SKLTN reserves the right to determine whether a defect qualifies as a manufacturing defect or customer damage.

  • All decisions made by SKLTN’s Quality Control Team are final and binding.
